Rachel Ladenheim oversees the Office of Intercultural and Educational Experiences (OIEE) and really enjoys managing the design, preparation, and implementation of OIEE’s custom programs. In particular, Rachel loves working with overseas partners, staff and faculty across campus, and community members to develop high quality educational and experiential programs, not to mention the wonderful individuals who participate in the programs! Rachel is a richer person for all of the people she has had the opportunity to meet throughout her time at UNC Charlotte. Originally from Rochester, NY, Rachel has called Charlotte and UNC Charlotte home since 2016. She is the mother to two incredible humans, and when not chasing after them, enjoys spending time outside, with friends, and with a good book or watching a show.
